JENNY HUTCHINSON ART
Jenny lives and works in Glens Falls NY, creating her art from her studio built within a 100 year old barn. Her current work is the result of narrowing her passions in art to some priorities: - color, drawing from observation, and freeing imagery into sculpture. This has resulted in vibrant sculptural relief drawings made of wood, paper, paint, and colored pencil with mixed media.
In addition to her profession as an artist Jenny is an experienced arts educator and administrator with expertise in grants, curation, program design, and marketing. When not in the art studio or consulting Jenny can often be found ruminating around her gardens, looking to the sky for color ideas, getting out in her kayak, or walking along the region's many trails for inspiration.
